Wake up every morning saying “YES!” Repeat it, repeat it, repeat it. Flood yourself with YES. Smile and be excited when you wake up! You will feel silly or embarassed at first, but it really helps put your vibration at a positive level. Look into the mirror and say YES!
If you’re a fan of the Secret and positive thinking, you know in order to manifest, we think postive, and feel like it has already happened. So if you want to be slim 
, say YES, I CAN DO WORK-OUT! If you want to meditiate more, say YES, I FEEL SO HAPPY WHEN I MEDITIATE, so I WILL CONTINUE THE SAME FOREVER.
